We Design Systems That Drive Revenue and Remove Operational Friction

From quoting and lead capture to content production and internal automation, we build systems that increase throughput, reduce manual work, and scale with your business.

Most businesses don’t have a growth problem — they have a systems problem.

Leads come in but aren’t converted efficiently. Processes rely on manual work. Teams compensate for broken workflows instead of operating within optimized ones.

We design systems that fix that.

Revenue Capture & Quoting Systems

Turn demand into qualified opportunities — without wasting time on unqualified leads.

We build systems that:

  • Generate fast, accurate quotes

  • Filter out low-quality inquiries

  • Reduce back-and-forth communication

  • Increase conversion speed

Examples:

  • Private dining automated quoting system

  • AI-assisted quoting with controlled outputs

  • SwampTech phone-based estimate system to reduce price shopping calls

  • Quote filtering systems to eliminate tire kickers

Content & Demand Systems

Generate consistent visibility and demand without relying on manual execution.

We build systems that:

  • Produce content across formats

  • Adapt content per platform

  • Maintain posting cadence automatically

  • Learn from performance and feedback

  • Google Ads setup & management

Example:

  • AI Social Media Production Pipeline (see full system)

Operational & ERP Systems

Replace fragmented tools with integrated systems built around how your business actually operates.

We build systems that:

  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and workflows

  • Connect tools and data sources

  • Automate operational processes

Example:

  • Porta-Cams mini-ERP system (PO generation, vendor workflows, inventory tracking)

Onboarding & Client Experience Systems

Create structured, consistent onboarding experiences without manual coordination.

We build systems that:

  • Automate onboarding workflows

  • Handle contracts, deposits, and approvals

  • Ensure nothing gets missed

Examples:

  • Automated onboarding and booking flows for hospitality

  • Integrated client intake and scheduling systems

Internal Workflow & Automation Systems

Eliminate operational bottlenecks and reduce internal inefficiencies.

We build systems that:

  • Automate internal workflows

  • Prevent task and ticket leakage

  • Improve team coordination

Examples:

  • Freshdesk system optimization for CrowdEngine

  • Automated ticket routing and workflow systems

  • Funnel multi-emails into a ticketing system
AI-Enhanced Decision Systems

Use AI to assist decisions and workflows without exposing internal logic or formulas.

We build systems that:

  • Generate outputs based on internal data

  • Provide insights without revealing proprietary processes

  • Improve speed and consistency of decision-making

Examples:

  • AI quoting assistant connected to internal pricing logic

  • miingl dev ticket generator (90% reduction in ticket writing time)

  • Automated first draft pull request creation for dev teams

AI Social Media Production Pipeline

As an example of how these systems operate, we’ve built a fully automated content production pipeline.

It generates, refines, and distributes content across platforms while learning from approvals, rejections, and performance.

This is one example of what’s possible when systems are designed correctly.

Engagement Process

What an Engagement Looks Like

We run engagements with a clear commercial filter, a defined build process, and a focus on measurable business impact. We do not take on projects unless we believe there is a strong likelihood of positive ROI.

01

System Evaluation or Discovery Call

Engagements typically begin with either a system evaluation request or a discovery call. This gives us the context we need to understand your current workflows, where friction exists, and where a systems engagement could create meaningful impact.

02

Fit and ROI Review

After the evaluation or discovery, we determine whether there is a strong fit. We do not engage when we do not expect a positive return from the work. This keeps the process focused on projects where better systems can materially improve revenue, profit, efficiency, or throughput.

03

Quote and Scope Alignment

If the engagement makes sense, we quote the work based on the evaluation. The quote is then reviewed with the client and can be accepted as proposed or refined to better match the scope, priorities, and business needs.

04

Retainer to Start

We require the first month’s retainer to begin work. From there, engagements are billed monthly for the duration of the project. This structure works well for systems work because it allows room for discovery, implementation, iteration, and integration without forcing artificial project boundaries.

05

Build, Implement, and Refine

During the engagement, we design and implement the system, integrate it into your operations, and refine it based on real-world usage. Most engagements run 3–6 months depending on the size and complexity of the project, though smaller engagements are available for less complex solutions.

06

Maintenance or Next System Opportunity

At the end of the engagement, we evaluate whether ongoing maintenance makes sense or whether there are additional systems that could create further gains. In many cases, the first system reveals other areas where better infrastructure could positively affect revenue, margin, or team efficiency.

This is for businesses that

  • Already have incoming demand but want to capture more of it

  • Are losing time or revenue due to inefficient systems

  • Want to reduce manual work and improve throughput

  • Need systems that scale without increasing complexity

Let’s Build the System Behind Your Growth

If your business is generating opportunities but lacking the systems to fully capture and convert them,
we can design the infrastructure to support your next stage of growth.

Additional Offered Services

Services That Bridge Vision and Execution

Each offer is designed for founders, creatives, and teams ready to evolve — with clarity, cohesion, and meaningful momentum.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Streamline operations. Free your team. Scale with ease.

This service is for teams tired of reinventing the wheel. We start by understanding where your current processes break down — where time leaks, handoffs fail, or tasks get duplicated. Then we simplify. Whether it’s designing automated follow-ups, building custom booking systems, or stitching together the tools you already use, I create systems that let your business breathe. The goal isn’t just efficiency; it’s peace of mind. You’ll walk away with workflows that are documented, automated, and designed to scale without burning people out.

Who This is For?

  • Scaling startups asking: “Why does everything still depend on me?”

  • Professional service firms (law, finance, therapy, coaching) juggling: “How do I follow up with every client without dropping the ball?”

  • Restaurants or hospitality groups wondering: “Is there a smoother way to handle bookings, reminders, or custom requests?”

  • Creators and solopreneurs thinking: “I spend more time organizing my work than doing it — is there a better way?”

  • Operationally overwhelmed teams asking: *“Where is our time going?” or “Why does onboarding take so long?”

  • Any org repeating manual tasks daily and silently dreading them — wondering: “Couldn’t this just… run itself?”

Digital Marketing & SEO Strategy

Get seen by the right people — in the right way.

This service is about visibility — not vanity. We start by identifying how and where your ideal clients are searching, then position your business to show up with clarity, value, and authority. From local SEO and keyword strategy to content planning, ad targeting, and organic growth, I help you build a digital presence that matches who you actually are. No gimmicks. Just grounded strategy, smart testing, and honest data to track what’s working. Whether you’re building from scratch or refining what’s already there, we’ll make sure your marketing isn’t just noise — it’s a magnet.

Who This is For?

  • Small businesses and restaurants asking: “How do I get more customers without spending a fortune on ads?”

  • New startups or rebrands wondering: “How do we show up in search when people look for what we offer?”

  • Professional services like therapists, lawyers, or consultants thinking: “I get great results — but how do I get found online?”

  • eCommerce brands or creators asking: *“Why is no one seeing my content?” or “Why isn’t my traffic converting?”

  • Teams already running ads but wondering: *“Are we targeting the right people?” or “What’s the ROI here, really?”

  • Anyone who built a site and walked away now realizing: “We need a strategy, not just a homepage.”

Go-to-Market & Market Validation

Launch with clarity. Iterate with confidence.

This service is for founders and teams navigating the fog of early-stage growth. Together, we turn your idea into something testable, measurable, and real. I help you define your offer, identify early adopters, validate demand, and build feedback loops that guide your next moves. Whether you’re launching a new product, pivoting an old one, or expanding into a new market, I bring the structure, skepticism, and strategy to help you go to market without guesswork. It’s not about being perfect — it’s about being directionally right, fast.

Who This is For?

  • First-time founders asking: “Will anyone even want this?”

  • Startups approaching launch wondering: “Are we solving a real problem, or just building what we think is cool?”

  • Established companies entering new verticals asking: “How do we test this without wasting time or budget?”

  • Product teams unsure if their MVP is “ready enough” — asking: “What’s our minimum viable test?”

  • Solo creators or consultants trying to sell a course, tool, or offer — asking: “How do I find early traction and know if it’s worth scaling?”

  • Anyone who keeps pivoting and secretly wonders: “Are we validating or just guessing louder?”

Brand & Culture Foundations

Define who you are — before others do it for you.

This service helps organizations articulate their DNA. Whether you’re a founder with a fuzzy mission, a team with growing tensions, or a leader ready to move from intention to alignment, we start with the deep questions: Who are you really? Why do you exist? What do you want people to feel when they work with you — or for you? Together, we shape your mission, vision, and values into more than words — they become tools for hiring, leading, and making decisions with clarity. Then we translate that into cultural practices: how your team meets, gives feedback, solves problems, and celebrates wins. It’s not just brand strategy — it’s your soul, operationalized.

Who This is For?

  • Founders with early traction asking: “What do we stand for — and how do we stay true as we grow?”

  • Startups hiring their first teams wondering: “How do we build culture, not chaos?”

  • Organizations with values on the wall but wondering: “Why don’t people feel them?”

  • Leaders sensing tension or turnover asking: “How do we rebuild trust and clarity?”

  • Nonprofits or mission-driven orgs needing help translating purpose into policies and communication

  • Creative teams or studios asking: “How do we maintain vibe and vision as we scale?”

Client Journey & Experience Design

Every moment matters — especially the invisible ones.

This service helps you architect the emotional arc of your client’s experience — from the first impression to post-engagement follow-up. We map every touchpoint: what your clients see, feel, expect, and remember. Whether it’s an onboarding flow, booking process, service delivery rhythm, or post-purchase communication, I help you create an experience that feels intentional, seamless, and aligned with your values. Good experiences retain clients. Great ones create advocates. This is the difference between a transaction and a relationship — and we build it from the inside out.

Who This is For?

  • Service-based businesses asking: “Why don’t clients refer us — even when they’re happy?”

  • Therapists, coaches, consultants wondering: “How do I make the process feel more professional and less improvised?”

  • Creative or agency teams dealing with: “Why do projects always start strong and then lose momentum?”

  • Restaurants, spas, or hospitality brands asking: “How can we elevate the experience and stand out without spending more?”

  • SaaS or app teams questioning: “Why are people signing up — but not sticking around?”

  • Anyone feeling friction or drop-off and sensing: “Something in the client experience just isn’t clicking.”

Website & Digital Presence Support

Because your website is more than a homepage — it’s your handshake.

This service is for anyone whose digital presence feels outdated, scattered, or invisible. Together, we assess where you are — from structure to copy to user flow — and uncover where visitors are getting lost, confused, or uninterested. Whether you need a full redesign, a few key pages rewritten, or just clarity on how to make your site actually work for you, I help you align your digital presence with who you are and what you offer. It’s not just about pixels or platforms — it’s about resonance, trust, and showing up in a way that feels real.

Who This is For?

  • Businesses with outdated websites wondering: “Does our online presence reflect who we’ve become?”

  • Founders who DIY’d their first site and are now asking: “How do we look more legit — without losing what made us different?”

  • Brands with good content but poor conversion thinking: “Why aren’t visitors becoming clients?”

  • Consultants and solo professionals asking: “How do I communicate what I do — in a way people feel it?”

  • Teams prepping for a launch or rebrand needing to align copy, design, and SEO

  • Anyone who avoids sending people to their site secretly thinking: “We’re better than this.”

Advertising Strategy & Execution

Reach the right people — without wasting your budget.

This service is for businesses tired of throwing money at ads with nothing to show for it. Together, we design a smart, lean advertising strategy based on your goals, audience, and budget. I help you choose the right channels — from Google and Meta to local publications or unconventional placements — and craft messaging that connects. Whether you’re launching a new offer, reactivating a cold audience, or refining your ad spend, I bring a balance of testing, creative, and performance tracking so you’re not guessing — you’re growing.

Who This is For?

  • Local businesses asking: “How do we get in front of people nearby — not just more noise online?”

  • Startups launching new products wondering: “Where do we even begin with ads?”

  • Teams running ads already asking: “Are we spending smart — or just spending?”

  • Solo creators or course builders thinking: “How do I run simple ads that actually convert?”

  • Anyone who tried ads once and gave up feeling: “I think we just did it wrong last time…”

  • Businesses ready to scale and asking: “How do we create an ad strategy that feels like us — not like everyone else?”

Ideation & Creative Problem Solving

When conventional thinking stalls, we design something better.

This service is for the moments when you don’t need another template — you need a breakthrough. Whether you’re stuck on a product concept, team issue, service design, or messaging challenge, I help you zoom out, reframe, and reimagine the pieces. This isn’t brainstorming for fun — it’s structured divergence, followed by meaningful convergence. I bring strategy, intuition, and cross-domain fluency to help you see what others miss and unlock ideas that feel both fresh and inevitable. Together, we build custom solutions — like the automated virtual concierge I designed for Cucina Toscana — grounded in creativity and made to work.

Who This is For?

  • Founders or execs hitting a wall asking: “We’ve tried everything — what now?”

  • Teams stuck in circular meetings thinking: “Why does every solution feel the same?”

  • Nonprofits and community orgs trying to reach new audiences or reenergize old ones

  • Product teams looking for novel approaches to real-world friction

  • Operators who feel overwhelmed and sense: “There has to be a better way to do this…”

  • Anyone who needs to unlock creativity — without losing connection to reality

Not Sure Where to Start? Let’s Figure It Out Together.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need. That’s what I’m here for.

If something in these services resonated — even just a little — I invite you to book a free consultation. We’ll have an honest conversation about where you are, what’s working, and what’s in the way. No pressure. No jargon. Just clarity.

Sometimes the answer is one service. Sometimes it’s a custom blend. And sometimes, it’s just one good idea that changes the whole direction.

Let’s connect, talk through it, and build what makes the most sense — for you, your team, and the future you’re trying to create.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of businesses do you usually work with?

I’ve worked with tech startups, local restaurants, nonprofits, therapists, solo creators, and mid-sized companies across multiple industries. That includes a large healthcare data company, a funding platform software team, and several residential service companies. What matters most isn’t your category — it’s your willingness to look honestly at what’s not working and your desire to build something better.

Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want before reaching out?

Not at all. In fact, most of my clients start with a general sense of friction — something feels off, disconnected, or stuck — and we figure it out together. Discovery is part of the work.

What happens during the free consultation?

We’ll talk for 30–45 minutes about your business, your goals, and what you’re currently navigating. It’s informal but focused. My job in that call is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help us both figure out what kind of support would be most useful.

How do you price your services?

I offer flat-rate project pricing and monthly retainers depending on the scope of work. Typical engagements range between $500 to $5,000 per month. After our consultation, I’ll send over a clear proposal with options — no hidden fees, no surprises. If the fit’s not right, I’ll do my best to point you toward someone who is.

Do you do one-time sessions or ongoing support?

Both. Some clients hire me for a deep-dive sprint around a single issue. Others bring me on for ongoing strategic advising, implementation, or fractional leadership. We’ll find what fits.

Do you offer white-labeled consulting or work behind the scenes?

Yes. I’ve partnered with agencies, coaches, and other consultants who want to bring in my expertise quietly. Discretion and alignment are part of the offering.

How do I know if this will be worth the investment?

If you’re not sure, let’s talk. I don’t sell promises — I co-create clarity. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you. But if we align, the impact tends to ripple far beyond the initial problem we solve.
